£40-45k basic salary plus bonus up to £6K

The Business works with window fabricators and installers, as well as waste companies throughout the UK ensuring that valuable uPVC material is not lost to landfill. An innovative recycling process enables closed the loop uPVC recycling meaning that old windows and doors can be recycled and extruded into new windows and doors that boast the same standard of quality as the originals

VEKA Recycling in the part of the worldwide VEKA Group, a global producer of uPVC window profile and the worlds largest family-owned profile manufacturer. The recycling work in the UK is complemented by VEKA Umwelttechnik, the founding recycling company, in Germany along with French recycling company VEKA Recyclage.

Role:

To manage the commercial relationship between the VEKA group and existing clients. Monitoring the day to day commercial performance of each account within a portfolio and managing the overall profitability of that portfolio.

To build new relationships and win new sales of recycled product a national level.

To manage the procurement of PVCu window frame material in the form of off cuts and post consumer frames (PCF)

Proactively contact clients to maintain a consistently high level of service delivery and identify further new business opportunities.

Meeting with clients face to face or online to educate and promote the business through presentations, waste audits and other account analysis.

Maintaining and growing account margin and mining all additional revenue opportunities.

Working with the Sales Manager and Sales Support Administration Team to ensure that service requirements are understood and implemented in line with client expectations.

Key Success factors :- Account development, customer education, successful growth of margin on sales and pipeline material on procurement, project management of the roll-out of all new contracts and services.

Candidate:

Excellent communication, negotiation & influencing skills.

Proven abilities in Sales and Business Development not necessarily in a sustainable recycling environment

Able to problem solve and deliver against agreed business expectations.

Learner and educator

Passionate energetic and target driven

Analytical and structured approach

Able to write and deliver top level, targeted proposals to both large and small client decision makers

Able to work on own initiative, resilient and principled

Education:- Ideally a degree level education in Sales, Procurement, Business Management, Communications, Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, Business Administration or any other related field. An equivalent of the same in working experience is also acceptable.

Full product and service training will be part of the successful candidates personal growth with VEKA.

Remuneration:

Salary £40-45k plus car allowance of £650/month plus business mileage payment and bonus expected in the region of £6k.
