Accounts Payable Manager Mandarin speaking

Position Summary: Our client from internet industry is looking for a strong leader who is not only an expert in AP area but also skilled in people management. He or she is critical to develop a high performing team, strengthening our presence and supporting the business growth in the EMEA region. Key Responsibilities: - Run the operational cadence, including but not limited to team huddle, queue management, SLA review, post-mortem etc
- Develop the team, including but not limited to capacity planning, hiring, training, performance management, career development etc
- Identify opportunities to optimize process or mitigate risk, work cross-functionally to design and implement solutions
- Input and shape the business requirements to key operational systems
- Handle intakes, including but not limited to operational integration of acquired entities, new business initiatives, launch of new entities etc
- Handle escalations timely and properly

Requirements - Bachelor degree in relevant capacity, such as Finance, Accounting, Business etc
- 5+ years experience in AP, including 3+ years solid people management experience
- Proficient in English and Chinese
- Practical knowledge about taxation in the EMEA region
- Proactive, resilient and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication and business partnering skills
- Strong in problem solving, able to work effectively with cross functional teams
- Able to navigate ambiguities, think out of the box and create structures from chaos
