Manager (SecOps) [Cybersecurity & Incident Management]

Role Requirements:

• Plan and evolve team to effectively support both contributor and department goals
• Collaborate withcross-functional teams to build, enhance, and maintain documented processes and procedures
• Ensure the ITH Security Operations team and certain international partners are organized, trained, and equipped to resolve security operations issues
• Provide scheduled updates on ITH cybersecurity situations and plans to cross-functional leadership teams
• Clearly communicate strategy and vision for ITH security operations and provide plans, needs, and risks to accomplishment
• 8+ years of people leadership experience in the Cybersecurity or related field
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in leadership roles in high stakes environments with large-scale projects
• Has a demonstrated ability to assess information cybersecurity risks and translate them into business risks
• Can articulate to leadership what the threats are that the organization faces
• Possesses familiarity with identity access management, security operations, incident response, software delivery lifecycle, and governance, risk, and compliance
• Possesses experience working with other markets to achieve shared goals
• Has a willingness to build out teams, processes, and procedures in nebulous environments
• Demonstrate passion forinspiring and empowering people
• Proactive with ability to manage and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Well organized, detail oriented, analytical thinker and problem-solver
• Collaborative team player across internal and external cross-functional teams
• Excellent interpersonal and group dynamic skills
• Experience navigating security challenges within the vendor space is preferred
