Key Responsibilities:

The main missions of the Project Manager are:
To ensure perfect execution of Field Services customer projects which are executed within Field Services organization following applicable company policies and processes
To manage the relationship with internal, external and third parties within project scope and accountable for the execution of the project in line with the contract, deliverables, specification & timeline are met.
Customer Project Execution
Lead the team through task planning, project workload plan, following progresses in line with scope of work and deliverables till completion including appropriate risk management and mitigation plans
Foster “project change request” culture within the team to generate additional revenue and improve gross margin
Is Accountable of project profitability for his whole scope (cost, cash flow & margin) including forecasting, engagements follow-up & re-forecasting. Ensure timely revenue recognition as per forecast
Ensure all appropriate actions to timely recover customer receivables (payments) are done with the support of shared functions
Monitor and control Project progress versus budget spending for his full scope
Ensure full & effective reporting to management (reports, project reviews). Inform timely the management about project events impacting project performance or compliance with governance principles
Identify and alert on execution risks. Be proactive in resolving associated issues. Escalate to Sales to manage claims & variation orders following the DOA and the associated processes
Is responsible of the proper implementation of the Company's Electric safety standards all along project execution, and for all parties (Internal and subcontractors)
Continuously monitor customer satisfaction and strive for improvement. Support team members on sensitive customer issues
Conduct when necessary Lessons Learned session with other relevant stakeholders to allow continuous improvement
Anticipate book to bill forecast estimation based on upcoming projects
Support Consulting Expert, Project Engineer and IOT Integration Digital Execution in all business and operational issues to ensure perfect Business Delivery and Performance.
Interactions with internal team
Tendering team Manager, Customers, Outside/inside services sales Team Manager, Operations Director, Order & Planning Team Manager, Design, Technical support, Supply chain, Finance Leader.
What qualifications will make you successful?
Electrical Engineering Degree with at least 8 years in Project Management, Service environment and/or Team Management
Possess project management background with experience in LV/MV equipment
PLC knowledge is an added advantage.
PACIS/EPAS and any other similar knowledge is and added advantage.
Mastering project management software tools (MS Excel, MS Project)
Basic Salary - RM 9,000 - RM 12,000
