Restaurant Retail Manager
Reports to the General Manager and work with the Operations Support team to lead and grow the existing outlet’s business by achieving revenue and profit objectives.
Ultimate key person that is responsible for the overseeing and managing the efficient, professional and profitable day-to-day operations of Simple Life F&B outlet, including strict compliance with the internal SOPs, Halal compliance and federal laws (labor and food safety).
Key custodian of the Simple Life’s brand, delivering exceptional standards of hospitality services and products to our customers.
Immediate reporting supervisor in charge of:
2-5 Years Experience
Lead the Front-of-house staff to anticipate the needs/requests of customers and diners so we may provide “proactive” service at all times.
Directly supervises subordinate employees.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance; rewarding employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Ensure legal, efficient, professional and profitable operation of the Simple Life F&B outlet at all times according to the internal SOPs and training programs.
Oversee scheduling and labor allocation for all front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
Performs walk-throughs inspections before opening and closing of the outlet, before and after each dining period to assure everything is in proper order as per the inspection checklist.
Handles customers’ routine comments in a professional manner and according to established policies, and refers any significant issues to the General Manager and/or Operation Supports team.
Inspects the operation on a regular basis to ensure that the established quality standards are maintained according to internal SOPs and relevant HACCP. Halal and food safety requirements, where applicable.
Review and provide feedback to the General Manager and Operations Support team on operational policies and SOPs to increase productivity and efficiency as well as to reduce wastage.
To take on ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned by the Senior Management.
