Finance Clerk

Job Responsibilities :

Assist the Accounts Executive in performing daily accounting functions such as payments, reconciliation, collections and bank ins in addition to monitoring of invoices.
Perform payments to vendors and suppliers upon stringent verification on all invoices.
Performs daily, weekly and monthly accounting tasks as per instructions.
To receive payments from debtors.
Monitor and tally the bank in slips from outlets and branches for reconciliation.
Perform collection and compilation of invoices from all branches.
Updating all invoices and details into the accounting system.

Knowledge & Skills :

Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia & Chinese.
With or Without working experience.
5 days working in KL Lawyer Firm.
Good attitude and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to handle confidential/sensitive information in a professional manner.
Ability to manage multi-functional tasks.
