HR Operations Specialist



Description

Master Data Expert
1.1 Administer and ensure smooth daily operation of HR Master Data Section (eg: data maintenance for new hire, any respective data change), data complaint etc).
1.2 Responsible as the contact person and administrator to our customers (employees/ line managers)
1.3 Respond to HR Master Data related enquiries from internal and external parties
1.4 Ensure HR Master Data is of high quality and all respective changes are followed up on time
1.5 Ensure timely handling of the ticket system C4C
1.6 Assure all processes are followed and completed based on the relevant guideline
1.7 All respective documents are properly archived and kept in accordance with Document Retention Policy
Payroll Expert
1.1 Administer and ensure smooth daily operation of Payroll Section (eg: payroll processing, data maintenance (except for new hire and payslip printing), payslip complaint etc).
1.2 Responsible as the contact person and administrator between our payroll provider and Continental
1.3 Review & reconcile salaries/wages payments and documents for submission to related parties
1.4 Respond to Payroll related enquiries from internal and external parties
1.5 Ensure calculation and payment of employees' earning such as overtime, incentive, overtime as well as employer and employee contribution and deduction such as EPF,SOCSO, Tax and etc are in accordance with statutory requirement, highlight to management deviation from statutory requirement or company guidelines or approved budgets/targets.
1.6 Ensure correct and timely upload of payroll journals to SAP P52 (Tempo), reconciliation of Payroll interim accounts for during month end closing. Prepare and submit Payroll reports to stakeholders
1.7 Compile and file all documents for Payroll and keep at C&B's office for 8th EU Directive purpose by the following month end of each quarter.
1.8 Prepare, respond and submit statistic data related to Payroll to the the stakeholders in SG (internally or externally)
1.9 Ensure timely recovery of company house loans, car loan, festival advances from employees
1.10 All payroll documents are proper filed and kept in accordance with Document Retention Policy
OM Expert
1.1 Comprehensive mapping of the organizational structure
1.2 Organizational Data correctly maintained in the systems eg Organizational Units, Functional Areas, Employee Groups, Technical limitations, Job Family, etc.
1.3 Respond to HR OM related enquiries from internal and external parties
1.4 Ensure HR OM is of high quality and all respective changes are followed up on time eg, False functional assignment, Double direct reporting lines
1.5 Ensure timely handling of the ticket system C4C
1.6 Assure all processes are followed and completed based on the relevant guidelinej8ik
1.7 All respective documents are properly archived and kept in accordance with Document Retention Policy
Admin Expert
▪ Interacts with customers via telephone, electronic mail, or service tickets to answer questions and provide assistance in the completion of standardized HR transactions
▪ Utilizes knowledge base information to answer customer inquiries
▪ Documents all contacts and outcomes within the Service Management software application of the Service Organization
▪ Performs all work in accordance with established call/service standards
▪ Initiates status reports to supervisor or lead worker when delays occur in responding to inquiries
▪ Assists less experienced representatives, as necessary
▪ Performs related work as assigned
▪ Explains work instructions to others, adapting guidelines to the assignments as necessary
▪ Continuously monitors quality and quick turnover of performed tasks and ensures high quality of performance
▪ Inputs required data into the HR system for maintaining, payroll, organizational management, recruiting, GHR, etc.
▪ Maintains a customer friendly focus when dealing within customer issues, complaints, problems, etc.
