HR Manager


Responsibilities:

Manage the entire spectrum of human resource functions.
Prepare and handle employee payroll/recruitment-local and foreign workers.
End to end process, the foreign worker recruitment process (internal application or outsources agent).
Assist with new employee orientation and team disciplinary issues.
Assist in the efficient day-to-day operation of the human resources department.
Ensure employees understand and comply with HR policies.
Prepare the report, memo and other related human resources letter, agreement or etc.
Maintain and update employees’ personal information in a personal file and payroll system.
Keep track of employee progress and the company climate and culture to ensure it remains positive and productive.
Assist in the monitoring and coordination of regulatory issues and payroll supplier.
Monitor and ensure good housekeeping in the cleaner's offices and other areas.
Need to monitor, assist, and back up for Hr-Admin Assistant Job Junctions.
Other duties as assigned from time to time by the immediate superior and the company.

Requirements:

A human resources practitioner with good interpersonal skills, keen to motivate and effectively educate and connect people regarding all HR matters.
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Able to work self-sufficiently and independently on assigned tasks.
Work ethics and keeping staff confidential are very important.
Computer literate in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel) and HR software programs.
Attentive listener, understanding, empathetic and personable.
Willing to travel outstation when needed.
