Assembly NPI Integrator


To fuel Intel's growth and support the IDM 2.0 initiatives, we are looking for experienced and highly driven individuals to be a part of the KM8 factory startup team as an Assembly and Test module Technical Integrator. - Own the Test/Assembly module qualification activities for new product integration that is directly tied to the development and enabling of a new product transfer for the Assembly and Test factory. This role will require engagement in cross functional departments and organizations, as the single point of contact, to ensure a successful new product startup from engineering development to High volume manufacturing (HVM).- Identify tasks, determine dependencies, communicate expectations to team members, obtain task effort and duration estimates, and create/track the project schedule.- Ensure system setup, process flow, material readiness, and securing capacity for NPI module qualification activities/data collection.- Understanding product challenges and working with technical content experts across various groups to provide solutions to a wide range of problems.- Be able to document all readiness, deliverables, process flow, product build routing, BOM, etc. and own white paper for factory cert qualification- Applies structured problem solving to engineering challenges

Qualifications
- Candidate should possess a minimum Bachelor's of Science degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical field with at least 5 years of work experience. For Master's of Science only 3 years of work experience.- Knowledge in Assembly or Test process, TD transfer methodology, and statistical data analysis is required- A team player with good English verbal and written communication skills- Ability to multi-task and equipped with project management and stakeholders management skills- A Project Management Professional certification is a plus
