Project Manager

Plan, organize, lead and control the project at Backend Development to successfully achieve all project targets in term of timeliness, quality and cost. In your new role you will:
Track and report the project status to all stakeholders with timely escalation as required.
Ensure proper Project closure and handover to operation .
Plans, organize, and control the project/ sub-projects with minor complexity (up to project classification class D), risk, impact and reach.
Be fully responsible for all operational decisions in the project and for the successful achievement of all project targets (time, quality, cost and budget).
Act as the key communication interface (for project related matters), representing Back End to other Infineon Divisions (e.g. Business lines, Central Functions e.g. Finance, PTI, FE Fabs, etc) .
Forms and leads the project team and assigns responsibilities within project to Project Managers of sub-projects and Project Members.
Uses IFX project management tools to structure projects, control progress and for reporting and documentation.
Drives problem solving activities within the project using standard IFX trouble shooting methodologie s , eg 8D, 5 Whys, etc.
Continuously focuses on project quality, assesses progress and ensures that goals are met even in the face of challenges.
Identifies and manages changes and adapts project approach if necessary.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
Masters / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering ( Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics, Automation, Mechanical, Electrical, Physics, etc).  Project Management Professional Certification is preferred. 
At least with  6 years of relevant working experience and 2 years of leading projects.
Solid project management knowledge in terms of project initiation, planning and closing including reporting and documentation.
Good knowledge in semiconductor engineering and operation.
Good communication skills and aptitude for collaboration, people management, negotiation and solution finding.
Ability to lead team to solve standard problem (using 8D, Is-Is Not, FMEA, etc)
