Staff Analyst Factory Integration

Be in charge to successfully consult business partners along the full analytics and AI lifecycle with stakeholders, project teams and management.
Identify the true demands of user requests evaluating and elaborating the best opportunities in a user-centric approach.
Optimize the worldwide operating Infineon manufacturing cluster and synergize a broad range of analytics and AI business demands with the opportunities of a state-of-the-art analytics and AI technology stack to optimize the value proposition for all stakeholders.
Join development projects along the entire DevOps lifecycle for fast implementation of advanced and stable SW solutions (from scope definition together with stakeholders via coordinating architecture designs with experts up to risks assessments).
Collaborate in a global acting team with domain experts, business analysts, project managers data scientists, solution architects, machine learning engineers and more.
Manage stakeholders and report progress to senior management.
Familiar with the technology ecosystem of analytics & AI development in a global enterprise (e.g. cloud computing, big data & micro-service architecture).
Assist in the identification of business needs, drive collaboration between teams , assist in defining requirements and manage changes to the requirements of Analytics & AI Projects.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
 An  outstanding bachelors/masters degree and project management experience .
Previous work experience as business analyst or consultant in the field of AI & SW developmen t .
High analytical skills and keen perception to approach new challenges.
Excellent leadership abilities and strong self-management.
Persuasive communication and presentation skills .
Outstanding understanding of negotiation and creativity techniques (e.g. Design Thinking).
A conscientious and assertive character complement your profile.
