Delivery Manager


Job description:



As a Manager/Associate Manager-Talent Acquisition you will directly manage, coach, and develop others, providing day-to-day team oversight to Talent Specialists. You will monitor and assist account staff in a matrix-based environment to ensure the clients (on demand Talent needs are met and develop and maintain a positive working relationship with the client.

Skillset Required:
Have 6+ years of US Recruitment and US Staffing experience and at least 2+ years of experience managing a team of Talent Specialist.
Ability to Multitask, Prioritize & Manage time effectively
Technical understanding of requirements and delivery accordingly
Self-motivated
Number driven, aggressive in nature
