What will you be doing?
One point of contact for all product-related queries raised by BD team members / TX coaches
Conduct train the trainer programs to enable BD team members and TX Coaches to achieve mastery in Domain, Product and customer engagement.
Continuously acquire knowledge of new products/releases
Enable BD team as well as the TX coaches on upcoming product releases
Conducting Product Induction for the new hires
Monitoring training sessions conducted by TX Coaches and identifying the areas of improvement
Conduct product training sessions for zonal team members and TX Coaches based on their IDP
Enable ‘Speakers’ for Large format - events, seminars and workshops in each region
Provide feedback to PE – Content team for improvement in content
Provide feedback to PM for improvement in the products
Provide technical support in critical situations
in creating stories/sales pitch for the regional sales team
Who are we looking for?
Excellent written communication skills (English)
Working experience in technical writing and hands-on Tally.ERP 9 or TallyPrime
Comprehension of product design principles and philosophy
Experience in accounting and statutory domain, MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Storytelling
Expert in Product with in-depth knowledge of benefits, features and troubleshooting
Should possess exceptional training skills and personification ability
Capability to build product stories
Should be able to understand and prioritize the critical product requirements received from various sources and ensure it is addressed appropriately
Energetic Speaker with the ability to connect and engage with a diverse set of audience
Ability to translate features into benefits
