About the Team:

FIS is looking for a Product Analyst II within our Commercial Payments Product team.  As Product Analyst, you will work with an exciting and collaborative team across our B2B Product organization, driving solution initiatives across our roadmaps.  We are passionate about our work and take a client-first approach to everything we do.

What you will be doing:

As a Commercial Payments Product Analyst, you will work closely with our Product Manager and Development teams to deliver solution initiatives that support business, client, and company goals.  In addition, you will:

  • Understand product strategy, market, industry, and client goals.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business problem statements and refine features to support development needs.
  • Work with Product Owners to articulate product vision and features in a manner clearly understandable to development teams.
  • Support and lead planning and review meetings to communicate feedback on development achievements.
  • Work with key stakeholders across the line of business, marketing, product to support requirements for initiative releases.
  • Document and communicate progress of leadership to key stakeholders.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree and operational product experience/knowledge.
  • Knowledge of financial services industry
  • Knowledge of commercial payments products and services or similar Fintech solutions
  • Strong negotiation, organization, management, analytical and people skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization (e.g., executive, management, individual contributors)
  • Positive outlook, strong work ethic, and responsive to internal and external clients and contacts

Added Bonus:

  • Experience in the Business to Business/Consumer payments industry or payables
  • Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience and systems development environment experience are preferred
