Sales Trainer

*About The Role*
*Up to £40,000 Basic (dependent on experience) up to 20% Bonus + Benefits*
The Sales Trainer is critical to the ongoing performance and development of our Sales Function at CarFinance 247. You will be responsible for the ongoing coaching, monitoring and development for a team of people within the business. Through the deliver of regularly quality coaching sessions you will ensure that sales people are achieving and developing through all levels of the 247 Group T&C Framework.
*Responsibilities Include*
* You will contribute to the T&C Framework through the analysis of performance data & delivery of high-quality coaching sessions.
* You will build strong relationships with all levels of the sales floor Management Team ensuring that the coaching reflects the priorities of the business
* Regularly analyse sales performance data understanding where the biggest development needs of the Account Managers are.
* Deliver high quality coaching sessions using a range of coaching methods which will deliver the best results.
* Score a range of sales calls on the Evaluagent platform to support the Account Managers ability to give a great customer experience.
* Carry out side by side observations with Account Managers understanding how they work and how they can make improvements.
* Write strong SMART goals from coaching sessions which all Account Managers are held to account to meet within the agreed timeframe.
* Create data streams of the Account Managers performance against their set goals on a weekly/monthly basis which can be reported on in the Monthly T&C Governance meeting.
* In partnership with the Sales Manager, create and deliver strong personal development plans for Account Managers to support their career progression with the 247 Group.
* Support the newer Account Managers who join teams in month 4 to achieve competent advisor status within their first 6 months ensuring regular dialogues is kept with the Onboarding Manager.
*About You*
* A track record in delivering coaching and training in an operational sales environment
* Experience of coaching to and working within a T&C Framework
* An exceptional communicator who can deliver feedback in a strong and constructive manner
* Exceptional organisational skills ensuring all coaching is delivered and recorded in a professional manner to T&C standards
* Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
* Extremely self-motivated, enthusiastic and driven by targets and KPI's
* Comfortable working under pressure, proactive and uses own initiative.
