Sales / Lead Generation Exec

Our client is a pioneer in Renewable Energy technology solutions in Northern Ireland, providing cheaper, greener electricity to business and residential customers across the country. At a time when energy costs are rising and greener energy production is paramount, our client are leading the way in delivering innovative solutions.
Their continued success in a fast growing market has lead to the urgent requirement to appoint an experienced Sales Executive to generate and deliver new client relationships in line with their sales strategy.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Effectively engage with potential B2B customers and introduce these clients to our sales team
Make contact with potential B2B customers to schedule appointments for the sales team.
To pro-actively respond to business needs regarding inbound and outbound call activity.
Assist the sales team by identifying and profiling new potential customers
Demonstrate an aptitude for sales and be able to identify additional products and services to increase customer satisfaction.
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly appointment and pipeline targets.
Have a positive attitude toward customers in all interactions and establish a positive rapport.
To provide information to management as and when required in relation to call activity and leads.
Update and maintain the company's computerised customer relationship management system (CRM) and ensure all customer/potential customer information is kept current.
Provide feedback on sales approach and how the sales processes can be improved.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
Previous Outbound Sales or Lead Gen experience with demonstrable experience of achieving challenging sales targets and KPIs
Ability to qualify potential B2B customers through research and identify decision maker within the business
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to develop relationships with clients, deliver presentations and negotiate with customers.
Strong organisational skills to plan your daily activities ensuring maximum efficiency.
Proficient using CRM systems and MS Office suite.
DESIRABLE CRITERIA
Experience within the Energy/ Electricity/ Renewables sector
IT Software sales/ SAAS experience

Salary: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
