£60,000 - £65,000 + Excellent Bonus and Benefits

Elevation Recruitment are excited to be recruiting a Head of Account Management for this market-leading Saas provider who specialise in providing services to the Automotive market.

This is a fantastic role which will sit on the Senior Management Team and have excellent progression potential to Directorship.

The role will carry a hybrid nature to it, with the individual taking the lead on some key strategic customers. The primary focus is to build and nurture the team and ensure the business continues delivering excellent service.

Head of Account Management Responsibilities:

-Ensuring 'Best Practice' account management disciplines are maintained across the team resulting in high customer satisfaction
-Work closely with the Sales & Marketing Director and peers to ensure customer requirements are being met
-Collaborate with peers in Operations/Supply Chain/Finance to ensure day-to-day customer requirements are met
-Develop strategies to grow existing multi supply customers, gaining a deep understanding of the client's needs and what they expect from the business
-Use your outstanding communication skills to present to and influence key stakeholders in our company and with customers
-Develop your team of account managers ensuring they each have the right skills in place in order to meet team and individual objectives
-Ensure we provide an excellent experience on-boarding new customers as well as effective handover from new business to account management

Head of Account Management Skills & Experience:

-Preferably coming with automotive industry experience in one or more of the following areas; vehicle rental, contract hire/leasing, fleet management
-We will consider candidates who bring similar experiences from similar 'business services' and who can demonstrate the other experience necessary
-Have experience in leading a team of account managers with both strategic and non-strategic scale
-Be able to demonstrate people development at varying levels
-Track record of delivering high level of performance in customer retention and customer satisfaction
-Be able to demonstrate a player/manger approach, ie lead by example
-Analytical - be able to analyse data and provide customers with necessary insight
-Strong people management skills - have a clear view of 'what good looks like' and ensure individual's development plans reflect this
