Purpose of the role:
- To provide a professional and efficient accounts payable service to ensure suppliers are paid accurately and promptly, and to maintain excellent relationships with suppliers and internal and external customers.
- Input supplier invoices
- Answer supplier queries accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure correct authorisation is received for all invoices
- To reconcile supplier statements to ensure system and payment accuracy
- Rectify any payment errors
- To ensure correct payment authorisation is received in a timely manner
- To ensure accurate remittances are sent to suppliers in a timely manner
What were looking for:
- Computer literate, in particular Excel
- Demonstrable experience of inputting bulk data accurately and efficiently
- Customer service experience
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Team working
