Manage all activities related to operations including sales order processing, customer fulfillment, shipping, logistics and inventory management.
Set up new accounts as well as maintaining accurate contact information in Salesforce
Assist with customer inquiries and complaints with courtesy and efficiency in resolution when needed
Enter sales opportunities into the company database (Salesforce)
Answer customer questions regarding their account
Partner with staff members from other departments such as marketing, customer service, operations, and finance to optimize sales
Assist with contacting customers with any unforeseen contract delays or problems when needed.
Increase revenue and assist in developing new business opportunities
Assist Commercial team with reporting for customers (contract/booking information) when needed
Collaborate with other departments throughout the sales process to ensure efficiency.
Provide general support to the sales team as required
Daily/Weekly Reporting for Senior Management
Effectively communicate with clients and staff members
Assist with other duties as required
Qualifications
A minimum of two years similar or related business experience required
Must possess excellent communication and people skills with "customer friendly" approach
Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple projects in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and must be flexible
Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint a plus
