Sales Support Coordinator



  • Manage all activities related to operations including sales order processing, customer fulfillment, shipping, logistics and inventory management.
  • Set up new accounts as well as maintaining accurate contact information in Salesforce
  • Assist with customer inquiries and complaints with courtesy and efficiency in resolution when needed
  • Enter sales opportunities into the company database (Salesforce)
  • Answer customer questions regarding their account
  • Partner with staff members from other departments such as marketing, customer service, operations, and finance to optimize sales
  • Assist with contacting customers with any unforeseen contract delays or problems when needed.
  • Increase revenue and assist in developing new business opportunities
  • Assist Commercial team with reporting for customers (contract/booking information) when needed
  • Collaborate with other departments throughout the sales process to ensure efficiency.
  • Provide general support to the sales team as required
  • Daily/Weekly Reporting for Senior Management
  • Effectively communicate with clients and staff members
  • Assist with other duties as required


  • A minimum of two years similar or related business experience required
  • Must possess excellent communication and people skills with "customer friendly" approach
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple projects in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and must be flexible
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint a plus
  • This job function is performed in an office setting requiring normal safety precautions
