Job Description :
We are looking for a highly driven Product Manager to ideate, build and scale CX solutions for HCTP customers globally. The candidate should be a passionate leader with high ownership, capable of influencing key stakeholders in India and globally to drive the product thinking and vision. You will be part of the Conversational Shopping program to assist customers in their pre-purchase phase and enable confident purchases. You will work with multiple partner teams such as India Machine Learning, Software Development, Legal, Finance, customer service and external brand/3rd party teams to drive and execute the conversational shopping for our customers. You will also be working with teams globally to scale our solutions to relevant needs in other geographies with significant global impact, while maintaining a high bar on quality and speed of delivery.
About the team
Amazon India's High Consideration Technical Products' Customer Experience (IN HCTP-CX) team owns the charter for defining the shopping experience for high consideration products like Consumer Electronics and Large Appliances. We are a large product organization solving key customer problems through Customer Insights, Tech development and Machine Learning capabilities. We build global and India specific solutions and work with partners globally to scale them.
Basic Qualifications :
3+ years of experience in product management
1. MBA from reputed University or 5+ years Product Management Experience
2. Experience with Machine Learning (business or tech) is valued though not mandatory
Preferred Qualifications :
. Experience leading or managing independently a product/ feature/ business vertical
. Experience working in cross-functional roles and managing multiple stakeholders
. Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage the business 'by the numbers'. Must be metrics-driven
. Exposure to data reporting tools like SQL
. Technical fluency comfort understanding and discussing technology concepts, schedule tradeoffs and new opportunities with technical team members
. Proven ability to define effective, efficient, and scalable processes and drive continuous improvement through root cause identification and defect elimination.
