Job Responsibilities :
1. Plan and deliver training to all service points in state
2. Identify training needs and skill gap of employees at service points
3.Improve the technical and behavioral skills of employee at service
4. Maintain repair quality and keep minimum repair bounce
5. Find innovative ways to improve the service quality and reduce
service cost
6. Provide technical support to service point employees
7. Monitor product failure and report quality issues reported in field.
8. Provide soft skill training to all customer facing employee at
service points
9. Manage on-line training and class room training for large groups
10. Provide on-the-job training to employees at service point.

3.Technical knowledge of mobile phones repair and training
