Care Executive


Job Description
Responsibilities
Owner of the Project during the installation stage and ensure the customers dream home is made into a reality
Single point of contact with Customers during the installation phase. This will include providing daily plans and updates on the work happening at site and handling & solving customer escalations
Preparing POA along with specifical timelines for execution of the project & use of manpower.
Coordinate with Planning team, design team, supervisors, carpenters and vendors to ensure work goes on smooth at the site
Interact with the Designer and the Customer to understand project requirements at the customers site before sending the project to production
Feasibility check of the customer site
Ensuring the material availability at the customer site
Adherence to System & Process from time to time.
Ensuring timeline adherence for each of the projects you are currently working on
Ensuring we make more customers happier which translates into a growing NPS
Ensure that unused materials are returned back to the stores/warehouse after Completion of the Project & update report to Coordinator & Warehouse in charge
Ensure all the rectifications/ snags are completed before handing over the site to the customer.
JOB REQUIREMENT
What are we looking for
Someone having 2-5 years of strong Project Management experience
B.E/B.Tech/Post Graduation in Civil/Construction Management/Project Management
High on transparency and Ethics
Someone who has unmatched customer empathy and strong customer handling skills
Residential and modular experience is a plus
