Regional Strategic Advisor - Specialty Business Unit, Bangalore

THE POSITION
To develop a roadmap for key accounts to drive business objectives w.r.t prioritizing stroke by engaging external stakeholders in collaboration with internal stake holders
Tasks & responsibilities
Responsible for developing Strategic plan for the account.
Analysis of the region / territory / catchment to find out the potential to treat Stroke in respective accounts covered.
Develop the strategic plan for the accounts covered for short and long term.
Analyze and understand the impact of macroeconomic factors and industry trends on the business and create account plans accordingly to optimize business opportunities.
Ensure adherence to all relevant brand guidelines.
Track, measure and evaluate KPIs periodically.
Adopt an approach for each account being in sync with sales and marketing teams.
Develop / maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and decision-making authorities within prioritized accounts.
Ensuring that business and process is conducted in line with Company's policies, ethical practices & Vision.
To develop and monitor an integrated operational plan which achieves business goals for the accounts.
To cross collaborate for effective execution of the approved strategic tactical plan in coordination with Sales & Marketing team and other stakeholders.
Tactical plan finalization with help of internal and external stakeholders - Awareness programs, Referral connect meetings and other activities enhancing Stroke treatment.
Ensuring that business and process is conducted in line with Company's policies, ethical practices, Vision, Mission and Core - Demonstrate and promote BI values in all interactions.
Also collection of Adverse Drugs Reaction (ADR) incidences including lack of efficacy related to Company's any drug product / medicinal product in specified format up to the maximum possible level of completeness and forwarding the same to the company's assigned person(s) in your PV-system.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree, Pharma /Science
Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry and specialties
Customer orientation, business acumen, strategic focus, effective execution, relation building, impact and influence.
Good communication & presentation skills and analytical ability
Preferably from MedTech, B2B, Devices with Key Account management experience of minimum 5 years.
Position will be based on Bangalore.
