People
Ensure tools usability (e.g., prepare for system use, deliver trainings, process consistency across groups, cascade good practices, escalate problems, provide guidance, solve problems etc.) Act as project leader to manage tools evolution according to ITS PUMA methodology (e.g., coordinate testing, coordinate data migration, deliver documentation.) Act as SPOC amongst RWE group to manage Procurement support activities Actively leads and develop Med Hub operations activities Ensure new technologies are leveraged

Lead functional administration of RWE planning tool, named 'eSTRA' and 'RWE electronic document tool named 'Gibraltar' in collaboration with all Medical teams within Sanofi organization Consolidate global and ad hoc reporting Manage on time & smooth procurement activities ensuring no delays in Study/project Kick-off Develop tools, technology, and process in order to constantly improve quality and productivity

Check consistency of KPIs feed in the dashboarding tool Lead study code creation in a system named 'PRIME' Support delivery of projects in terms of resourcing, quality, timeliness, efficiency, and high technical standards Contribute to overall quality enhancement by ensuring high standards Secure adherence to compliance procedures and internal / operational risk controls in accordance with any and all applicable regulatory standards

Pre-requisites
Minimum Amount of Job-Related Experience:
+5 years' experience in leading IT project management & procurement activities in a global and matrix environment, good understanding of pharmaceutical/health care industry.
Experience in developing and implementing innovative/entrepreneurial solutions - an experience in Portfolio Management solution administration would be ideal.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Mastery of tools administration.
Highly organized: able to multi-task (i.e. work on several initiatives at same time).
Ability to simplify complex information in a clearly organized, appropriate and visually interesting manner
Experience in Contract/PO management, Stakeholder management, Project management
od communication skill

Minimum3 to 5 years of Job-Related experience with a bachelor's degree
