Business Development Manager

• Revenue: Develop, realize and maintain revenue by selling and advocating all Spoors products and services through web-based leads, outbound calls, email communications, and web-based across the territory and/or assigned accounts.
• Identify new accounts and close new business opportunities by competitive quoting, quotation follow up and sales functions.
• Document all sales activity in EFFORT(Call Reports and Opportunities)
• Pipeline Management: Identity, track and facilitate closure of key opportunities.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with multiple contacts throughout client's organizations to ensure smooth delivery of products/ services and payment.
• Identify and exceed customer requirements by working closely with appropriate internal resources.
• Ability to do high-level product demonstrations.
• Effectively utilize internal resources to provide appropriate and timely responses to our prospects.
• Attend trade shows promoting products when required as well as internal sales meetings arranged by the company.
• 50%-70% travel
