Parts and Service Sales Officer

Understand the Services needed by different Machines to maintain optimal functions, and able to explain reasons for the services.
Develop customers by maintaining rapport with existing customers; meeting prospects at community activities; conduct cold customer visits; responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions.
Understand customers' requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; building rapport.
Able to explain features and benefits of using Hitachi Parts; and able to explain warranties and services.
Closes sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing Service contracts; explaining and offering warranties, services, and collects payment; deliver Parts when necessary.
Ensure monthly Parts and Services Sales KPIs are achieved.
Ensure customers’ payments are timely received, adhering to HCMM’s Finance Manual and HCMM’s Management’s direction.
Provides sales management information by completing reports in HCMM systems.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.
Enhances HCMM reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Execute region’s Parts and Service Sales Strategy by focusing efforts in product mix and obtaining target profit margin communicated by Regional Manager and Regional Parts Sales Manager.
Ensure adherence to Country Net Selling Price and Retail Selling Price, or Management’s direction when announced.
Protect company’s interest by ensuring all customers’ credit limit are not exceeded.
