HR Specialist (Workforce Management)

Support the workforce management team in keeping our WFM system accurate and up to date for our retail locations by entering data, managing characteristic collections, and managing our labor-retail pricing mapping

Job Description

  • Experience Desired: Microsoft Excel; Retail and data analytics. Workforce management. Logile system experience is a plus.
  • Education Desired: High School education or equivalent plus 18 months to 3 years of additional training

Job Responsibilities

  • Collect and maintain characteristic for our retail location to ensure accurate labor standards and labor budgets
  • Manage and update mapping of labor metrics to retail pricing units by working with different lines of businesses and utilizing our retail pricing system
  • Maintain WFM system accuracy for reports and forecasting by importing new stores, updating yearly date mappings, and importing weekly historical information
  • Collaborate with WFM team on uploading data in WFM system and analyzing data to support the businesses retail efficiencies
