Job Expectations:
The selected candidate will work as part of the Advisor & Client Firm Services team to deepen the understanding of the client relationship and coordinate resources available to advisors and their teams as part of an overall goal of assuring satisfaction, growth and client retention. Team members are responsible for programs designed to increase the levels of service delivered to our clients.
The team lead will help focus efforts of team members and interact with the other members of IAGs Business Solutions, Risk, Growth and Sales Teams as well as other department members across Wells Fargo Clearing Services to ensure complete satisfaction of our clients.
The Independent Advisor Group (IAG) provides a broad range of services to independent advisors through WFA FiNet, Introducing Broker Dealers and the WFA RIA Custody program, representing $300 B in client assets. The Advisor and Client Firm Services team of IAG works to ensure our clients highest levels of process and service satisfaction in daily interactions with Operations & Service Departments and across the organization. This is accomplished by building and maintaining strong working relationships with FiNet practices and advisor, client firms senior leaders and associates, and RIAs through regular interaction and a solid understanding of their business. This position regularly meets with senior leaders within IAG to communicate trends and offer workable solutions.
In addition to building and supporting strong relationships, this position collaborates with clients to provide workable solutions to enhance their daily operation and end-client experience, including solutions in SmartStation and other systems, processes and related training.
