POSITION SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Marketing Manager, the Associate Liaison Marketing would primarily serve to support and execute marketing strategies and enable assigned initiatives providing feedback, planning, and execution to meet organizational goals. This position provides cross-functional administrative support to consumer-facing and marketing teams.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment Enablement: Provides donor recruitment team appropriate support, marketing tools and solutions, and training:
- Assists in organizing marketing tools and assets in a way that is seamless and accessible to donor recruitment team and hosts
- Assists the recruitment team with marketing assets and support for local centers, events, conferences, industry meetings, etc.
- Regular and frequent communication with stakeholders
- Address stakeholder concerns and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Monitors supporting marketing programs regularly to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness
Promotion and Campaign Delivery
- Assists in coordinating delivery and training on campaign tools and promotional items
- Supports Loyalty Program Manager to reconcile returned items back to inventory or storage
Communications
- Partners with Content Marketing Team and gathers content for social to be shared as part of monthly communications including, but not limited to: photos, news, organizational information from partners, etc.
- Executes CRM recruitment efforts including, but not limited to: mobile eblasts, cloud calls, texts messages as assigned
- Maintains understanding and ability to leverage industry standard marketing and communications tools as assigned, such as CRM, social media, etc.
- Updates and maintains internal communications channels including marketing intranet and project management sites
Cross-Functional Support:
- Actively collaborates and communicates with peers in Corporate Marketing, PR, Recruitment, and Contact Center
- Reports on loyalty, campaign, and promotional programs results
- Communicates marketing campaigns and promotions with local stakeholders and leaders
- Coordinate timely fulfillment and delivery of projects
GENERAL DUTIES
- Coordinate approved marketing projects within specific timeframes
- Represents Versiti and marketing at designated meetings
- Maintains required records, reports, and files as pertains to areas of responsibility
- Participates in professional education to keep up to date on relevant developments in the field
- Build relationships with local stakeholders to collaborate and deliver on expectations
