The Impact
As a Digital Financial Controls Consultant, you will support new and emerging opportunities in digital customer experience and digital infrastructure ecosystems. To accomplish this, you will:
Support the review of existing control processes and the development, implementation and ongoing enhancement to operational processes that improve internal controls: identify and close any control design gaps, and resolve for any operating gaps to ensure operational integrity
Provide oversight and/or approval of manual customer refunds and ACH payments
Deliver oversight of intercompany money movements
Collaborate with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to perform business accounting analysis, conduct customer research, and evaluate solutions
Research/resolution of out of balances
With supervision act as a possible owner for complex transactional accounting, cash-flow, audit support, and control processes
Responsible for support role on audit activity
Perform data gathering and reporting for suspense, gain/loss, profit/loss, and/or cash flow. Create flux analysis and trending
Responsible for TCC templates
Work across the organization and with business stakeholders to resolve and communicate key issues, critical decisions, and priorities and manage expectations and delivery timelines as it pertains to specific policy/case needs
The Minimum Qualifications
Associates degree or equivalent business knowledge
Acquired business knowledge process, product, system, key contacts
Ability to research, analyze, and solve problems
The Ideal Qualifications
Accounting experience preferred
Demonstrate effective decision making employ data driven decision making
Extremely organized, detail-oriented individual who is capable of self-managing and multi-tasking in a fast-paced, demanding environment

Salary range $50K - $58K with bonus opportunity. Salary commensurate with experience
