KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, International Human Resources to join our Talent and Culture organization.
Serve as primary coordinator of US and Regional support between the U.S. HR COEs, OGC and other relevant organizations; HR Business Advisor to international U.S. subsidiaries (London, Hong Kong, Shang Hai, Singapore)
Appropriately engages and manages stakeholders within the US firm and its international subsidiaries (London, Hong Kong, Singapore, Shang Hai)
Lead as a key strategic advisor for the enablement of the U.S. firm and other international U.S. subsidiaries to achieve business plans by collaborating with leaders to develop, evolve and implement innovative HR solutions in alignment with the US, Regional and Global people priorities to shape and enable the workforce of the future
Provide counsel on all people issues, with a particular focus on the talent strategy and collective priorities and in adherence to KPMG Risk Management, Legal Risk and Regulatory policy requirements
Enhances multi-direction communication and alignment of all talent priorities and advancement within the U.S. firm and other international U.S. subsidiaries HR groups and relevant organizations
Own and ensure compliance for all annual processes such as performance management, salary planning, variable comp, promotions and poor performance for assigned client groups
Minimum five years of progressive HR or comparable experience; preferably from a professional services firm or similar environment
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, or Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
Comprehensive understanding of HR principles; in-depth knowledge of HR related laws and regulations
Ability to build and maintain relationships with the firm's partners and employees, develop clear and concise written communications and prepare performance documentation, strong problem-solving skills, verbal and written communication skills, and presentation and facilitation skills
Knowledge of PeopleSoft and Success Factors preferred, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Must be able to travel domestically and internationally
Must be currently authorized to work in the US
