Marketing Operations Specialist (Remote)

Role & Responsibilities
    • Report onthe health of the programs on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual cadence. Main KPIs will include, but not limited to, activation, retention and reactivation ratesand LTV. Apply key learnings to future projects
    • Maintain Marketing Technology Platforms: You'll ensure that everything is running smoothly, from reporting dashboards to custom integrations, third-party tools, and everything in between, resolving any technical issues that are blocking measurement or performance on an ongoing basis
    • Proactively provide channel forecasts, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders to influence change.
    • Manage Cross Channel-Integrations and Technology: You'll use the right tools, at the right time, to connect our efforts across channels
    • Lead Tagging and Tracking Efforts: You'll set up, maintain and catalog pixels and tags in a consistent manner across all clients and channels, ensuring that data and tracking across platforms is timely, accurate, and leading to actionable intelligence
    • Manage marketing team reporting systems: You'll set up new dashboards, maintain them, and manage our reporting platforms
    • Partner with the education, events , content, email, digital marketing and demand generation teams to optimize systems and create process that will help drive strategies and solutions for improving campaign performance Collaborate with marketing teams, sales and sales operations to determine and evolve marketing automation best practices.

Qualifications
    • 1-2 years of hands-on experience with CRM/marketing automation tools, such as Salesforce, Marketo, Hubspot and Webinairjam
    • 1-2 years of hands-on experience with CMS/ content management tools such as wordpress, brightspot.
    • Technically savvy, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes
    • Must be a self-starter, but also a team player
    • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to lead and prioritize multiple projects under tight deadlines
    • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
    • Meticulous attention to detail
    • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with othersCreative, strategic thinker and problem solver with strong analytical skills
    • Demonstrated record of successfully transforming business objectives into effective deliverables
    • You love putting puzzle pieces together and figuring out how things interconnect
    • You have a natural ability to just "get things," but you can also explain them to others
