Essential Functions
  • Directly manage 3rd party soft service providers including but not limited to janitorial, security, landscaping, snow removal, trash & recycling, pest control, and mail/shipping.
  • Directly manage the JLL Maintenance Associate team that provides mail/shipping and light maintenance services.
  • Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with our Client.
  • Responsible for the JLL and Client soft service budget. Provide financial reporting as required.
  • Assist in vendor contract development and procure goods and services through JLL and Client systems.
  • Manage JLL and Client requisitions and POs and receipt invoices upon delivery or completion of work.
  • Act collaboratively to solve problems and resolve spontaneous and unique situations with professionalism and customer service focus.
  • Work closely with the site Facility Manager on day-to-day operations and assist the Account Director in planning the facilities team's goals and objectives.
  • Ensure appropriate follow up with customers.
  • Seek to continuously improve processes, systems, and overall client satisfaction.
  • Any and all other tasks and duties assigned.
Skills/Qualifications
  • Education - Bachelor's degree
    B
  • Experience - 3-5 years relevant experience
  • Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Financial acumen to manage budgets for projects and operations
  • Ability to multi-task and effectively organize responsibilities to achieve goals and objectives
  • Ability to function effectively in a dynamic work environment
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to analyze reports for the purpose of ensuring compliance with scope of work
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently
  • Strong working knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
  • This is not a remote opportunity, your presence is required on site daily.
