Job Description

HII is seeking a Program Management Analyst Lead professional to join our team!

The Program Management Analyst Lead will support all the organization's operations and support lines of effort functioning within a dynamic and fast paced environment; track organizations program objective and milestones (POAM); gather updates from various internal and external organizations and entities to advise and brief leadership and staff and the status or progress of current and future efforts. Performs a variety of project administrative support services involving data review, reporting, project coordination budget review.


  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Apply organizational knowledge and experience to satisfy project requirements and complete tasks within a rapidly changing environment

  • Research, identify, and recommend resources and actions required to support cyber-operations squadron and facility management/maintenance requests

  • Prioritize ongoing projects and align tasks with the organizations strategic goals

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand immediate and future program requirements and interpret these requirements into actionable outcomes. These requirements include offering alternative solutions to meet or satisfy operations or program requirement.

  • Employ, share, and improve project management processes, standards, and best practices to optimize operational success and accelerate project completion timelines within a changing environment and resource constraints. The contractor shall manage issues and risks, create mitigation plans, and elevate to appropriate stakeholders as necessary.

  • Document and communicate project changes, project health and project status to leadership in written and verbally form.

  • Recommend timelines and schedules through project completion.

  • Review mission requirements, decompose mission requirements into actionable tasks and develop a plan to complete those tasks.

  • Build out timelines for projects and align taskings to best satisfy mission and operational requirements.

  • Coordinate projects across multiple flights, internal, and external mission partners.

  • Use Confluence and JIRA to document and track project goals, objectives, and tasks.

Relevant Requirements

  • One to three (1-3) years of experience in Network Engineering, Network Analysis and Characterization, Network Modeling, Vulnerability and Malware Analysis. Knowledge and experience with network and threat analysis

  • Software/Tools development and management

  • Be familiar with USAF cyber regulations (ACCI 17-202 Vols 1-3, ACCMAN 17-2MDS Vols 1-3) and US Cyber Command training requirements (JCT&CS, T&R Manual, etc.)

Education Requirements

  • 8+ years experience with technical Offensive Cyber OperationsOR,

  • MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or related scientific/technical field with three (3) years of experience

Salary Range

$100k-$120k relative to education and experience
