ResponsibilitiesOperations Specialist
The Operations Specialist will support the Medicaid Administrative Claiming (MAC) / Random Moment Time Study (RMTS) Operations Team within the School-Based Services (SBS) Center of Excellence (COE). This position will focus on maintenance of the PCG Claiming System (configs, reminders); Staff Pool List / Calendar/ Shift preparation, collection, and review; RMTS sample preparation, generation, and review; quarterly financial preparation, collection and review; claim calculation, quality assurance, district follow-up and recording district responses when required, data analysis, and other operational support.

Education:High School diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred
