Change Management & Communications Manager- Strategic Platforms
The Strategic Platforms (SP) team is seeking a Change Management & Communications Manager to join the Chief of Staff team. This role will lead the governance of initiatives, lead process improvement activities, develop Standard Operating Practices (SOPs), support Strategic Platforms communications for multiple levels of the organization and lead associate engagement and culture activities for Strategic Platforms. This will be achieved through partnering with the leadership team and other team members to understand where process improvements are needed, documenting decisions, issues and risks and following up as appropriate to understand and develop initiatives, processes and communications to improve associate engagement as needed.
Manage the Program Governance for key Strategic Initiatives (meetings, documentation, follow-ups as appropriate) for key Strategic Platforms Initiatives.
Lead process improvement efforts in initiative prioritization, decision making and knowledge management.
Partner with Strategic Platforms leadership team to develop an associate engagement strategy and define culture initiatives. Identify culture champions and execute the strategy.
Partner with SP leadership and communications to develop multiple levels of SP communications to support stakeholder engagement.

Bachelors Degree or military experience
At least 3 years of experience in Project or process management
At least 3 years of experience in Business Management
At least 3 years of experience in Communications planning and development
Bachelors Degree in business, finance or organizational development
At least 5 years of experience in Project or process management
At least 5 years of experience in Business Management, including managing departmental/divisional performance reporting, communications and strategy.
At least 5 years of experience in Communications planning and development, including department communications, leadership team meetings, presentations, memos and reports
