The Supply Chain Manager serves as a Service Manager and Senior Research Analyst for the Public Sector Business Unit, Investigative Research Services Team. The Supply Chain Manager is a direct report to the Research Director, Investigative Research Services Team, and is responsible for the daily operations, management, and successful deployment of the Public Sector Business Unit supply chain products, services, and solutions.

  • Regular direct engagement with customers and internal D&B stakeholders, manage customer requirements and expectations and ensure customer satisfaction. Ensure proper coordination, synchronization, and deconfliction with the Data Science Team and the Investigative Research Services Team.
  • Maintain a mutually productive working relationship with the product team and work with customer base on recommendations and improvements to the product team. Support the Investigative Research Services Team through individual research and analysis as deemed appropriate. Maintain and monitor detailed metrics and analysis to assist the Research Director in business development discovery and deployment efforts.
  • Ensure supply chain products, services, and solutions stay on schedule in accordance with predetermined deliverable timelines and milestones. Research, identify, and recommend changes and modifications to standard operating procedures to maintain efficiency and economy of products and solutions. Ensure the Research Director is informed of customer concerns in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for conducting research and analysis through the application of advanced investigative and analytical research techniques to determine solutions based on customer requirements. Identifies unique and relevant patterns in business behavior through detailed analysis, monitoring, and examination of multiple streams of available data. Conducts critical analysis and evaluation of complex business data, open-source data, and other records to compile comprehensive reports of findings.

  • Demonstrated experience, advanced knowledge, and understanding of, the full spectrum of supply chain operations, to include the correlation, integration, and interoperability of both public sector and private sectors
  • Demonstrated experience in fraud investigations, intelligence/counterintelligence analysis, risk analysis, financial analysis, science/technology analysis, and/or similar types of research and analysis disciplines
  • Demonstrated proficiency in open source, controlled, and compartmented data in research analysis
  • Knowledge and understanding of data analysis and intelligence analysis, and willingness to learn new research tools, techniques, and procedures
  • Demonstrated proficiency in computer and information technology resources common in investigative research and analysis to include, but not limited to, commercially available analytic programs, government databases, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to operate within varying levels of ambiguity, interpret customer needs, and work across teams to solve complex challenges and deliver timely and relevant solutions
  • Effectively present complex research findings in both written and verbal formats
  • Demonstrated successful experience in working with internal and external customers and partners
  • Knowledge, familiarity, and understanding of U.S. Government offices, programs, and operations
  • Knowledge of Dun & Bradstreet: company, products, and marketspace
  • Desirable if candidate has the Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) credential, and/or other industry recognized professional credentials or training certifications
  • Minimum education level: Bachelor's Degree, advanced degree/training preferred
  • U.S. federal government experience in roles of increasing responsibility is highly desired
