Treasury Management Relationship Officer

The Treasury Management Relationship Officer cohesively supports the Business Relationship Officers and Retail Branch teams referrals in order to expand existing client relationships or bring on new prospects. This position will serve as the advisor for the BROs and Retail Teams and clients, providing education on products, pricing, and operations. The TMRO will prepare and present comprehensive sales proposals and presentation to clients and prospects in addition to the internal partners. The TMRO will partner with the Treasury Management Team to ensure new services are established correctly and timely and that client issues are addressed in a professional and responsive manner.

  • Works closely with the Business Relationship Officer and Retail Bank Teams to close Treasury Management referrals and provide clients with the solutions best suited for their individual Business needsSerS

  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of client satisfaction by generating, managing, and servicing the treasury needs of clients.

  • Engages in market research to identify new clients

  • Works independently to develop new treasury management client relationships

  • Identifies other client banking needs and partners with the Retail and Business Relationship Officer Teams on cross sell opportunities.

  • Creates and delivers sales presentations, explains services offered and makes recommendations based on client needs

  • Provide extensive personalized service to business clients to address all applicable Treasury Management needs while acting as a client liaison to other bank business line and operating department resources

  • Works closely and cooperatively with Banks other business line and operating department resources to deliver an integrated and seamless experience for business clients

  • Assists with research and development of additional market strategies. Maintains Treasury Management industry knowledge to ensure competitive pricing and product offerings.

  • In the performance of respective duties, must maintain knowledge of and ensure compliance with Bank Secrecy Act regulations and all other regulatory, security and bank policies

  • Prepares and processes all documentation necessary to ensure a smooth implementation and onboarding of clients.

  • Performs regular client follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Provides consultative expertise to existing Treasury Management clients and prospects to determine their requirements and recommended solutions.

  • Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.

  • Two year degree in computer science/ Bachelors Degree or Minimum of three to five years in related field

  • Demonstrates knowledge of treasury management products and related business, financial and risk management processes

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrates leadership ability

  • Superior client experience and presentation skills

  • Ability to effectively engage with clients and identify Treasury Management needs to enhance the Business client relationship

  • Demonstrates ability to manage time and multiple projects effectively

  • Ability to problem solve and provide solutions to business client issues

  • Ability to travel to client locations or other locations to meet with clients or prospects
