Job Description
Analyze business processes and systems, identify inefficiencies and/or required controls, document procedures, track key performance indicators.
Participate in developing new products and programs, lead process design/redesign activities, and identify change management impacts.
Participate in planning initiatives, feasibility studies, cost/benefit analyses, and new systems design.
Document and manage functional requirements.
Possess a thorough understanding of the data, sources of data, and relationships of data in order to generate meaningful information for management and others throughout the company 4 to 6 years of experience
Portfolio/PMO/Program Analyst help out across portfolio to help with strategy; strategic (not required to write requirements, but more on planning)
This team supports manager from a strategy standpoint Demand Governance, Digital Intake meetings (make sure you have things on agenda), work with finance on budgeting/forecasting across portfolio, Planview, Compliance, Work Order, Ariba
This role is a great opportunity for someone who wants to get into the Digital world getting right into the digital Transformation Race happening across the industry. Lots of new projects happening across the Portfolio working with retail, finance, digital, etc. Wide range of exposure, working with diverse teams (Program, UX, tc)
Reviewing status, putting together slides, brainstorming processes, identifying gaps, process improvement, updating existing workflow; each day will vary greatly will assist with firedrills when they come
Reporting PowerPoint (storytelling skills)
Working with managers, Product Team
Requirements
PowerPoint - Advanced
Reporting Dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI, Azure DevOps)
Jira, Wiki, etc.
2-5 years' Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a similar field
Certifications:
None required, but training/certifications in Microsoft are helpful
Nice-to-have skills:
SQL (Queries, know how to run scripts)
Able to Speak Mind, Provide Recommendations, Show Initiative
Excellent Communicator Brainstorming, Collaboration Skills as well as Independent
