We currently have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Assistant General Manager to join our Beautiful Hilton Garden Sacramento Airport team. In this role, you would be responsible for supporting the General Manager and property in the overall operation and success of the Hotel. The AGM is responsible as assigned by the General Manager in leading all day-to-day duties of the hotel including food & beverage, front office operation, training, and employee development, delivery of quality customer service, and resolution of guest issues while maximizing room revenue and occupancy. Manages Front Office department assists other departments as needed to ensure a positive guest experience, and upholds and maintains brand standards.
