Assist with leading change and organizational initiatives to support our vision, mission, and values.
Support the four core functions of Human Resources: staffing, development, wellness, and engagement.
Deliver recruitment lifestyle support through the development of recruiting strategies, candidate application review, phone screens, and interviews.
Support our onboarding process through coordinating pre-employment procedures such as reference checks, background checks, and driving record checks as well as coordination of new hire orientations and training.
Lead employee wellness and engagement programs.
Contribute to the Human Resources Team with ongoing projects, programs, and retention efforts.
Perform other duties as requested.
Bachelor's in Business Administration, Human Resources, or other related disciplines.
1-3 years of experience as an HR professional (professional services/consulting industry preferred), recruiting experience preferred.
Professional and positive demeanor and presence - serving as a role model for the organization.
Strong organizational, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding goals.
Demonstration of a high caliber of self-motivation with the ability to work well on a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, attention to detail, and ability to produce accurate deliverables.
Strong judgement capability.
Ability to handle and maintain confidential information.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. ATS experience preferred.
Occasional travel to regional offices and university campuses as needed.
PHR or SHRM - CP Certification preferred.
