Job Description

  • As a Business Digital Expert, you are responsible for the UX related consulting, the planning, the conception and the introduction of new services and tools in the region.

  • You will lead and guide customers for especially UI (User Interface) topic

  • To reach this, you identify potentials and new needs together with your customer as well as within the organization to create great end-to-end solutions and services to reach a better customer experience. Therefore, you drive forward the development of the digital business strategy, policy deployment and implementation of dashboards as well as reporting tools within the business.

  • To identify the user needs, you use qualitative and quantitative research methods and communicate them within the customer team.

  • You act as point of contact for Product Owner, Service Owner and Project Leads, as well as for the Business Unit manager, Directors and employees or other Stakeholders.

  • Of course, you will also conduct Innovation und Design Thinking workshops together with your customers.

  • You support the business to analyze and interpret data for key messages to support the decision-making, including the outputs of analytical tools, methodologies and models.

  • Moreover, you make sure to support the digital framework deployment, identify and engage change champions, establish an open community of decentralized change agents as well as redefine the talent management for the digital age.

  • Last but not least, you support the creation of diverse and novel ideas, broad interests and constructive criticism.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Interaction Design, Information Design or similar discipline

  • 5+ yearsof relevant professional experience in the field of UX projects, user-centered-design methods.

  • 3+ years of experience working within an information or Graphic setting; PBI, basic automation, data analytics and understanding in HTML & CSS


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, team player, passionate about new technologies and convincing with your flexible and hands-on mentality

  • Analytical and strategic thinker, conceptual and problem solving

  • Experience with ServiceNow or Enterprise Service Management similar UX projects

  • Post graduate information management or data governance qualification and at

  • Joy of working with customer teams

  • Able to communicate, written and verbally, in English and German

$67,000.00 - $91,000.00
