Office Location: 3918 Prosperity Avenue, Fairfax VA 22031
Project Coordinators Location and Schedule:
You will be based out of our Fairfax, VA office. Schedule will be 7:00 AM 3:30 PM, Mon-Fri.
Option to work from home part of the week.
Your mission as Project Coordinator:
Develop and manage projects from design agreement to construction agreement, through the successful completion of the Project.
Work with the Design and Production teams to ensure Project timelines and estimated costs are achieved.
Maintain great relationships with Clients, Suppliers, trades and staff.
Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
Some of your responsibilities as Project Coordinator:
Works with Sales, Design, Trades and Vendors to build complete, detailed, and accurate documentation for residential construction projects
Prepare meeting recaps and contract documents that communicate those details to our client and to your production team
Coordinate the pre-construction events that prepare the production team and client for a successful construction project.
Sign off on Trade quotes, order and schedule delivery of materials needed for Construction start.
Work with Project Manager to ensure Materials are ordered and delivered on time.
Maintain an open line of communication with the Client throughout the duration of the Project.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
High School Graduate
Valid Driver's License
2-5 years experience in a residential construction environment
Ideally, 2 years of design/build experience
Able to use Microsoft Office Suite and online scheduling programs

Offered salary and other compensation:
We offer a starting salary of $50,000 to $70,000, depending on experience. Benefits include
