About the Role

The Associate Product Manager will define integration requirements with partners/customers/resellers and enhance the product value to relevant stakeholders. They will conduct business analysis and lead scope preparation, understand technical requirements, and interact with customers and vendors. The ideal candidate will be highly detail oriented; self-starter, diligently organized, excellent communication skills, and has a passion for excellence and values education, integrity, innovation, and success.

What Youll Do

This role will report to the Director of Product.  We are looking for people who feel comfortable taking on bold initiatives, who are both highly accountable and self-empowered.   Some of the specific functions and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Deeply understand our customers and their data needs

  • Develop and own key parts of our data and integration product strategy and roadmap

  • Drive customer-focused decisions, clear prioritization, and efficient execution in the face of ambiguity and complexity

  • Coordinate cross-functionally with leadership, go-to-market teams, and other key stakeholders across the company

  • Build processes that will scale as our team and company grow


Candidates for the Product Manager, Network and Issuer Services must demonstrate extensive hands-on experience and knowledge of industry best practices in the functions listed above.  Specific requirements include:

  • You have 2+ years of experience as a product manager at a SaaS company. Experience working on automation and integrations is a plus.

  • Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent experience

  • You have a strong technical background and excel at analytical thinking

  • An ability to analyze and find issues or bugs and work with the operations team to resolve them.

  • You are an excellent written and verbal communicator

  • You have a proven track record of taking ownership, taking initiative, and delivering results

  • Experience with technical integration technologies such as API/Webhook operations, SDK/APK concepts, as well as other web and database technology.

  • Knowledge of API platforms and other integrations on a large scale.
