About the Role:
The Implementations Analyst, Professional plays a critical role in the success of new client implementations for Account Processing. As an Implementations Analyst, Professional you will be responsible for the installation of new products or product updates, technical product training and client support throughout the implementation process.

Account Processing delivers technology products and services for community, regional and large financial institutions, whether they process in-house or through an outsourced service center. Our Implementations team is a key part of our client and service delivery team. These individuals focus on partnering with our clients to implement our core technology products, surround solutions and product integrations.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Perform remote and/or on-site software implementations, and provide follow-up product support for Fiservs clients via telephone, email, and web based contact channels.
Deliver professional and timely client communications regarding project updates, ongoing support items, and product implementation services.
Thoroughly track, organize and document all product implementation and support related activities.
Assist with creation and maintenance of Technical documentation (hardware / software requirements, end-user technical information, internal procedures, etc.) as needed.
Develop and maintain a full understanding of Fiserv products and services and stay abreast of relevant industry trends and best practices
Perform other duties as assigned

o 0-5 years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience and/or military experience.
Type of work experience required:
o Experience in customer facing projects, client support role or IT industry is preferred.
o Experience with Microsoft Windows Workstation and Server operating systems, physical and virtual environments
o Experience with peripheral deployments
o Basic understanding of data communications and LAN/WAN
o Previous customer service experience
o Ideal candidate possess strong analytical problem solving ability
o Strong verbal and written communication skills (internal and client facing)
o Excellent follow-up skills, attention to detail
Travel Required: Ability and willingness to travel up to 40%, as needed
Work Environment: Occasionally required to work evenings and weekends.
