Strategic Alliance Manager - Reseller Market (Remote)

Are you someone who excels in developing strategic partnerships with the goal of building and scaling an incremental revenue stream to support company growth? Are you excited about expanding a program structure? This is a unique opportunity to join our growing strategic alliances team and make an impact across our entire organization.  

 

We are looking for an enthusiastic and high energy candidate to join our Partner Alliance Team. In this newly created role, reporting to our Senior Director, Strategic Partners, you will work closely with  leadership to expand our distribution-reseller model. You will have the opportunity to showcase your skills and expand your career while driving revenue growth aligned to our corporate goals. 

 

Responsibilities

Define and execute a GTM plan expanding our distribution model Align internal resources across departments to expand model and program structure Target and recruit new partners to support expanded model Develop and implement partner business plans with mutual KPIs to meet and exceed quota targets. Work with marketing to support overall partner plans and objectives Deliver business performance reviews to assess operational metrics on a recurring basis. Maintain accurate pipeline and metrics to communicate effectiveness of your partners Quickly analyze and apply relevant information to make timely and critical decisions that affect cross-functional teams to increase program return on investment and efficiency

Qualifications

5+ years managing partners or business development experience in the background screening industry in sales or account management role A track record of clear success meeting and succeeding revenue goals Strong problem solving and creative skills with the ability to understand business alignment and influence outcomes Strong organizational and project management skills Has managed a portfolio of accounts with senior leadership and executive level relationships Demonstrated experience building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders.
