Job title: Accounting/Administrative Supervisor
Salary: $60,000-$63,000 annually
Location: Near I35/Eisenhower
*This is a direct hire opportunity! Qualifications:
1-3 years Administration experience
3-5 years Accounting experience
Bachelors degree in business or related field or equivalent related experience
Advanced knowledge of MS Office software products
High level of confidentiality
Understanding of regulatory compliance (TSA, OSHA, etc.)
Excellent communication in English

Responsibilities
Provide guidance and support to Branch Management and employees regarding implementation of Accounting and Administrative policies
Communicate with new vendors and Legal department to finalize service contract/agreements and maintain Subcontractor database
Manage monthly closing and reporting results
Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Reconciliation of each account
Manage Fixed Assets-purchase and disposal
Coordinate the staffing process-recruiting, selection, hiring, orientation, on-boarding
Assess training, development needs, and handle Quality Management
Ensure compliance with Employment Laws and Policy/Program compliance
Ensure Payroll process is completed
Skills
