Job Description- Driving all HR related processes, mainly focussed on payroll and benefits.
- Supporting in the development of a graded scale of wages and salaries connected to the internal development pathes.
- Supporting sustainable growth in terms of driving people and cultural development as well as excellence.
- Acting as a peoples person closely connected to all production floor activities.
- Supporting managers on all personnel-related issues (personnel, organization, performance, etc.) in compliance with the defined HR processes.
- Recruitment, selection and onbaording of defined groups of employees in coordination with the respective department and, if necessary, external partners (e.g. personnel consultants, agencies, etc.).
Qualifications- At least 5 years' experience in Human Resources, preferable in an international working environment
- Advanced knowledge in processing payroll and benefits
- Strong skill set of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the HR field
- Highly service, customer and excellence oriented
- Strong skills in Payroll System (paycom would be an advantage)
- Good skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Ability to work in an accurate, detail-oriented and highly productive manner
- High confidentiality requirements
- Very good communication skills
- Preferable multilingual (Spanish & German would be an advantage)
