We are currently seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team!

In this role, you will support our sales team and enable them to connect with clients more effectively and position McKinstry to win the right work. This includes:

  • Managing the RFP/proposal process by establishing and managing priorities, assignments, and deadlines.

  • Reading and analyzing client RFQ/RFPs and editing proposal content for readability, consistency, clarity and compliance with requirements.

  • Performing all aspects of production, including strategy, messaging, and graphic layout.

  • Researching, writing and maintaining narratives, project descriptions, resumes, and other materials.

  • Developing sales collateral and presentations.

  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to effectively communicate our McKinstry brand, message and service offerings.

Required education, knowledge and abilities:

  • 3+ years experience in marketing with direct architecture, engineering, or construction (AEC) industry preferred.

  • Proficient with Adobe InDesign and Acrobat preferred.

  • Proficient with Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook preferred.

  • Cosential and/or Salesforce experience preferred.

  • Working knowledge of SharePoint preferred.

  • Strong writing and editing abilities required.

  • Strong project management abilities and organizational skills required.

  • Strong client management abilities required.

  • Must be deadline-driven.

  • A team-player mindset with the ability to work independently as required.

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

The pay range for this position in Colorado is $48,150 - $75,870 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. This information is provided per the Colorado Equal Pay Act. Base pay information is based on market location.
