The Senior Director, Product Marketing Concentrix XP will be a key member of our Product leadership team with responsibility for leading the marketing function for Concentrix Customer Interaction Technology (CIT) offerings. The focus of this role will be in delivering a strong point-of-view in product Positioning and Messaging, along with building effective strategies for Digital Marketing, Demand Generation, Brand Building, Events, and Sales Enablement.
This Marketing Leader will have the responsibility of creating best-in-class brand leadership for the CITs Concentrix XP offering, establishing Concentrix as a category leader in the area of CCaaS, IVR, and digital self-service technologies.
You will work closely with the Sales organization in order to identify, prioritize, pursue, and win marketmaking opportunities for the business. The Senior Director of Product Marketing will focus solely on CIT offerings, however will tightly coordinate and work with the larger Concentrix Corporate Marketing & Communications team to ensure OneConcentrix brand. You will amplify CIT marketing efforts through all Corporate Marketing channels, as well as through co-marketing efforts with key strategic partners.
Lead Concentrix CIT global marketing efforts from strategy to execution
Build an amazing, distinctive brand identity and build awareness for Concentrix XP offerings through all relevant channels
Establish a content strategy that includes sponsored content, content syndication, case studies, infographics and blogs
Establish differentiation between CIT and competitors
Arm the Sales Team with the tools and materials needed to win clients across verticals
Establish the marketing teams role in an aggressive global growth plan
Build and lead a global Concentrix CIT marketing team while coordinating with larger Concentrix Corporate Marketing team
Partner cross-functionally with sales and client support to create a consistent and exciting experience for our Concentrix CIT clients
Build account-based marketing (ABM) strategy to target key accounts
Strategic planning including client segment selection, demand generation resourcing, sales enablement and market penetration plans, and related product positioning
Drive market expansion and revenue growth by developing marketing strategies to support sales efforts across the sales cycle
Directly accountable for the overall planning, leadership, and direction of Concentrix CITs digital/social strategy
Oversee Concentrix CIT marketing communications including branding, public relations, advertising, white papers, trade shows, seminars and events collateral materials, analyst and market research management, and website design and content
Experience in the CCaaS industry strongly preferred. Externally recognized as subject matter expert on emerging trends and industry practices desired. Amazon Connect experience is a plus.
Proven ability to lead team in organizing and prioritizing projects in a fast-paced and deadlineoriented business environment
Expertise in digital marketing automation and demand generation. Identifies demand generation performance patterns and future opportunities
Extensive understanding of marketing automation reporting capabilities with proven ability to coach teams on use of data to gain meaningful insight and adopt changes to optimize future campaign content and approach
Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach and provide direction to a team of employees
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership with focus on continuous improvements
Demonstrated ability to foster customer service disposition and sense of professionalism for self and team
Proven ability to champion significant projects, programs, and business initiatives using creativity and ingenuity
Expert in communication skills and styles, both written and verbal. Demonstrated ability to effectively present information to internal and external audiences Bachelors degree in related field preferred
